Fabric selection:
It is made of double-ply cotton plain weave fabric. The warp and weft yarns are interwoven in an up-down pattern, forming a uniform grid-like texture. The structure is tight yet lightweight. The cotton fibers have natural breathability and skin-friendly properties. Combined with the pore structure of the plain weave method, it is suitable for daily sweat-wicking needs while also providing good wearing comfort. The yarn interweaving points are numerous, enhancing the tear resistance, and it can maintain its shape even after multiple washes.

Process 1:
Using glue-based printing, four high-saturation patterns are presented on the fabric. The pressure of the scraper is uniform, and it is printed three times to ensure that the glue fully penetrates and covers. After being subjected to high-temperature curing, the pigments are firmly combined with the cotton fibers. The ink-absorbing and penetration characteristics of the cotton fibers make the patterns less likely to fall off due to friction.

Process 2:
By actively influencing the shrinkage potential of cotton fibers, the fabric was transformed from being prone to change to stable, enhancing its dimensional stability. At the same time, it is less prone to deformation and wrinkling.
