Fabric selection:
The fabric is made of single-sided fish-scale cloth woven with cotton as the base. The front side has a smooth knitted surface, while the skin-contacting side is formed by the floating thread weaving technology of the knitting machine, creating a three-dimensional pile effect, which enhances the softness and adds a fluffy feel. At the same time, it has a delicate touch. The pile structure has a large water absorption capacity and quick evaporation rate, and it won’t loosen or deform even after multiple washes.

Process 1:
A high-saturation pattern is presented on the fabric using a glue solution. After being cured at high temperature, the pigments are firmly combined with the cotton fibers. After being machine washed more than 50 times, there is no obvious fading. The ink-absorbing and penetration property of the cotton fibers makes the pattern less likely to fall off due to friction.

Process 2:
By actively influencing the shrinkage potential of cotton fibers, the fabric was transformed from being prone to change to stable, enhancing its dimensional stability. At the same time, it is less prone to deformation and wrinkling.
